The Advanced Continuing Education Association (ACEA or “We”/”Our”/”Us”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of its users (“You”/”Yours”). DATA COLLECTION AND ANONYMITY OF INFORMATION

ACCESS, DELETION AND RETENTION OF DATA

We remove all Your personal information and preferences associated with Your account promptly after You delete Your account.
SHARING OF DATA AND VENDORS

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) COMPLIANCE

The General Data Protection Regulation “(GDPR”) was put in place to establish “a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the European Union (EU)”. ACEA complies with the GDPR, as we have users residing and doing business in the EU, and view this as the “gold standard” of privacy law.

Provide you with the desired functionality of our product by using user-entered information such as continuing education (“CE”) history.
