Thank you for using ACEA's software through The CE App ("The CE App/Service"). The CE App is published and owned by the Advanced Continuing Education Association ("ACEA/Us"), located at 71 Commercial St #44, Boston, MA 02109. 

Using The CE App means the client ("You") comply with the terms set forth on this document. Please read each one carefully to comprehend each party's rights and limitations. 

As an individual, you are agreeing to ACEA's End User License Agreement. If you are subscribed as an organization, you are agreeing to ACEA's Master Services Agreement for Organizations. 

ACCOUNTS & OBLIGATION 

The CE App requires an account in order to be accessible. By creating an account, you hereby instill good faith in providing us your REAL information, not limited to your name, address, email address. You also ensure that You are above 18 years of age, practicing dentistry and/or a related profession, are of sound mind, and declare to use this app for the purpose of (a) adding, (b) modifying, (c) viewing, and (d) sharing courses aligned with continuing education.

ACCEPTABLE USE 

You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. 

This means that you, and not ACEA, are entirely responsible for all Content that You enter, upload, email, link, transmit or otherwise make accessible via any medium. ACEA does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using The CE App, You may be exposed to unfiltered media. Under no circumstances will ACEA be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. 

You agree to use The CE App in good faith and NOT: 

• Submit/upload objectionable, copyrighted, or otherwise indecent content. 
• Abuse Service features (e.g. sending unsolicited emails, abusing the support module). 
• Save anything other than course information. 
• Exploit any system vulnerabilities or use any electronic/digital paraphernalia/mechanic to disrupt/abuse the Service. 

Failing to meet any of the above criteria, among many other illicit activities, is ground for suspension and (subsequent) termination of Your account, apart from legal action We may undertake against You. 

PROMOTIONS & SUBSCRIPTIONS 

Unless otherwise specified, promotions are strictly for purposes of promotion, and We may cancel or we may modify terms and/or resaciend validity any at any given point without Your knowledge. 

You also agree to receive occassional email promotions from us, with subscription settings turned on by default. Should you wish to opt out of these subscriptions, simply follow unsubscribe instructions below the email footer.

PRIVACY 

The CE App's privacy policies page details how ACEA handles user-submitted and meta information. By signing up for an account and using Our services, You hereby agree to grant Us rights to such information.

INDEMNITY 

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ACEA, its affiliates, officers, employees,, and representatives and the other users of our services (the "Shielded Entities") against all liability, claims, costs, damages, settlements, and expenses (including interest, penalties, attorney fees and expert witness fees) incurred by any Shielded Entity in any way arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use The CE App and our Services and Your User Content. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at Your expense. You agree to cooperate Our defense of such claim.

DISCLAIMER 

Offers posted on The CE App's "Recommendations" section are for promotional purposes only. We do not conduct any stringent inspection of the vendors. Your discretion and acumen consitute the validity and truthfulness of an offer. You should send us a support request for any questions if of a misleading offer. Until such time that we have responded should only consummate a promotion that you are doubtful of. 

Furthermore, we provide The CE App "as is" and "as available," free from warranties, whether express, implied or statutory. We disclaim any implied warranties, including warranties of title, merchantability, performance, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 

The CE App contains links to third-party websites, apps and other online properties that are not owned or controlled by Us. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party properties. If you access a third party website, app or other property, you do so at your own risk and you agree that The CE App will have no liability arising from your use of any such properties.
