     Physicians in Ohio, including MDs and DOs, must complete 50 CME credits every two years.

     Physicians can fulfill their CME requirements using the following credit types:

    • AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™
    • AOA Category 1-A
    • AOA Category 1-B

     Yes. All Ohio-licensed physicians must complete 1 credit hour on Ohio-Approved Duty to Report Misconduct every two years.

     The licensure cycle for both MDs and DOs in Ohio is every two years. Physicians must complete their CME requirements within this period to renew their licenses.
